PETG
Best for: Organizers, brackets, containers, shop parts, and moisture-prone uses
A practical balance of strength, durability, and water resistance. It flexes slightly instead of snapping as easily as standard PLA.
TPU
Best for: Grips, feet, bumpers, sleeves, seals, and protective pieces
Flexible and impact absorbing. Different hardness options let us tune a part from rubbery and soft to firm with a little give.
ABS & ASA
Best for: Heat-exposed parts, outdoor accessories, housings, and durable components
ABS handles tougher environments and higher temperatures. ASA adds stronger UV and weather resistance for outdoor use.
Nylon & PAHT
Best for: Wear parts, fixtures, gears, clips, and demanding functional components
Strong, fatigue resistant, and well suited to parts that move, flex, or take repeated use. PAHT grades improve heat resistance and dimensional stability.
Carbon-Fiber Composites
Best for: Rigid brackets, jigs, fixtures, lightweight parts, and functional prototypes
Chopped carbon fiber can reinforce nylon, PETG, PLA, and other base materials for greater stiffness and a refined matte finish. The base material still determines heat and moisture performance.
